- Social Amenities are planned in WBID Clusters so the manufacturer does not need to invest in facilities is not burdened by extra staff and operating costs
- Facilities may include Healthcare Clinic, Childcare, Canteen, Commercial Spaces and Training centers. These will be built based on needs and demand.
