The heart of the i4.0 SME Cluster is found in the Services Center

WBID and its ACT 5 Ecosystem will offer a wide range of on-site Business Services for tenants within each SME Cluster.
As part of our commitment to creating “a new ease of doing business”, our Services are designed to ensure that investors, SMEs, and Startups are able to establish and operate their businesses efficiently, professionally, and transparently.
Services will be offered as “packages” or on an as needed basis by WBID or through a 3^rd party.

All services will be made available through the i4.0 SME Cluster ERP platform. Tenants will be able to request services, track progress, and make payments through this platform.
