Infrastructure & Utilities

How utilities are supplied and consumed is perhaps the largest factor in any manufacturer’s production costs. AT WBID,   we understand the important role the Cluster’s infrastructure will play but more importantly, we also understand that an eco-friendly, cost efficient and reliable infrastructure can play a key role in helping our tenants to expand their businesses domestically and overseas.

Each SME Cluster is equipped with the latest advances in infrastructure technologies to ensure that our tenants can operate their businesses with the confidence that their operations will not be adversely impacted by expensive, non-compliant or unreliable utilities. WBID will construct, maintain and operate all the infrastructure required for each Tenant to operate efficiently and at minimal cost.

Infrastructure provided

  • I4.0 Energy Management Brokerage System (Cluster Smart Grid)
  • 100KVA/3P/150A grid power supply to each factory module
  • 44KVA/3PH/80A grid power supply to each SME office
  • Supplemental Solar power supply direct to each
  • F24/7 full backup power.
  • Electric vehicle charging stations at each factory
  • Public water supply at 3-5bar pressure
  • 18t/axle concrete roads
  • Rainwater harvesting and recycling.
  • 24/7 security and access control
  • 24/7 on site firefighting capability

 

Rates

  • Utility rates will vary by location and can be made available upon request.
  • Utilities will be charged based on actual usage at the Tenant’s remises.
  • A monthly Property & Infrastructure Management Fee will be charged on a $/m2/month basis.
